  • Design of the Yacht Club Puerto Madero marina, located in the historic dockland regeneration zone of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Marina adviser during the (successful) bid for the Watson Island megayacht marina project, Miami, USA.
  • Design, construction and management of Conwy Marina, Wales, utilising the casting basin created for the immersed-tube road tunnel project.
  • Commissioning and management of Penarth Marina, Wales, including a yacht lock which is subject to the second highest tidal range in the world (12.5m).
  • Proposal to the Government of Gibraltar for the regeneration of Gun Wharf as a big yacht berthing and maintenance facility.
  • Re-development concepts for a marina on Lake Constance, Austria.
  • Drafting of the Marina Management Contract with Nakheel in Dubai, UAE, the most valuable contract of its type ever awarded, and expected to ultimately cover up to 40.000 berths.
  • Concept design and detailed specification for Anchor Marina, Palm Island, Dubai, UAE.
  • Management of Marina Bander Al Rowdha in Oman, including proposals for a four-fold expansion of the berthing and a 500m long mixed-use waterfront development.
